Thebarton Studio
Our pottery studio is located in the heart of Thebarton and is just a short tram ride out of the Adelaide CBD. It’s a busy workspace primarily used for our ongoing pottery production where our entire collection is 100% handmade.
The whole process is completed on site; design, clay preparation, throwing on the pottery wheel, sculpting, glazing and firing in our kilns - which can all be viewed on our open days.
Our doors are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am-1pm. Pop in and see the studio in action, enjoy a coffee in the courtyard or collect your workshop pieces. You will catch us glazing pots, unloading a kiln and throwing on the pottery wheel. Check out our showroom and discuss with us your order or browse our retail and seconds section. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with new products, pottery workshops and studio events.

Es Ceramics keep cups
The Es Ceramics journey began with a focus on sustainability and we continue to follow and promote this cause by specialising in reusable, wheel-thrown ceramic keep cups.
Every cup is carefully made by hand and fired on site - each piece is individual. They are made in two sizes, with varied clay bodies and decorated in a range of our beautiful studio glazes. Each one has an element of experimentation so no two are exactly the same. They are available online and in our studio showroom or find a unique collection at one of our friendly stockists listed below.
